  • GREG WASSON

    HEAD ALPHA HEALTH AND PERFORMANCE COACH

    Greg is the CEO and a Health and Performance Coach at the Alpha Performance Centre.

    He has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. In this time Greg has had incredible success helping thousands of people transform their bodies and their lives.

    Some of Gregs standout accomplishments include preparing both male and female powerlifters to winning competitions and helping many physique competitors obtain pro cards along with state and national championships across multiple federations.

    As a father of 3 and having a very busy work schedule Greg understands that it isn't possible for us all to put our own health as the number one priority and that obtaining the body we want can be a difficult journey but certainly not impossible with the right exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes.

  • ZAC GEROGE

    qualified in running and gym coaching, programming, fat loss, hypertrophy, strength building and injury rehab. Coming from a team sports background and a keen runner, Zac understands that not everyone’s goal is in the gym but can also be for performance both in and out of the gym.

    Zac’s fitness journey started at 17 when an ACL injury forced him into the gym. During this time, he fell in love with health and fitness and gained an understanding of weight loss, injury rehab, strength and muscle gains as well as the physical and mental effects an injury and unhealthy habits can have on a person. Zac left those 12 months of rehab with new found knowledge and passion for health and fitness as well as being in the best shape of his life. He lost 15kg, gained muscle, strength and safely returned to sport on time. Zac’s own training is currently made up of Football, middle and distance running as well as strength training in the gym. He has principles that he follows to maintain balance to keep achieving goals while staying fatigue and injury free.

    Zac’s goal is to help anyone wanting to improve their running/sport performance and injury prevention, strength, fat loss, hypertrophy and overall fitness and health goals. He currently trains people of all abilities including first grade central coast football players, rep basketball players, grade cricket players, beginner, recreational and advanced runners, up and coming young athletes as well as those looking to smash goals in the gym such as strength, muscle gain, fat loss, functional training and general fitness goals like getting in the gym and smashing a workout!

    Cassie is a certified advanced personal trainer and group exercise instructor with almost 10 years of training and nutrition experience with a goal to empower women, especially Mums to achieve their health and fitness goals in a sustainable and non restrictive manner.

    As a busy Mum and operations manager of her husband's small family business, Cassie understands how difficult it can be to prioritize your health and fitness goals around your family. This is why Cassie has developed a foolproof nutrition and training solution for busy Mums. With a realistic process that fits around your current life and not the other way around, her holistic and no nonsense approach to programming is guaranteed to provide balance to busy Mums.

  • HAYDN THOMPSON

    ALPHA HEALTH AND PERFORMANCE COACH

    Haydn is a Master Trainer from the Australian Institute of Fitness. He specialises in fat-loss and strength training for all levels of fitness.

    Coming from a sporting background and passion for health and fitness he is motivated to help educate and develop others holistically in their fitness journeys.

    Haydn has experience and is also excited to work with others and aid in their injury rehab, as he understands how difficult and life changing an injury can be for someone.

    Haydn is also enrolled in in the university of Newcastle's exercise and sports science program with ambitions to continue on and do his masters in physiotherapy post grad.
